Dayton Power and Light has an immediate opening for a Business Process and Solutions Analyst. In this position, you will provide analytical support on a variety of business-related projects for the Customer Service Operations and act as a consultant to internal business groups to determine improvements and find practical solutions that will meet the changing business strategies. Being able to identify impacts to operations, recommend interventions and develop the training and procedures for the implementation of these change initiatives are a key part of this role. The position will also include troubleshooting system problems, identifying operational impacts and recommending risk adverse and cost-effective solutions.


Job Skills/Requirements
A candidate for the Business Process and Solutions Analyst position should possess the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications
  • Accomplished communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient knowledge of a variety of computer programs
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and independently
