This position leads the management of 5-7 restaurants and strives to build the brand’s reputation as being the best in the market by delivering high quality products and service to our customers. Responsibilities also include recruiting, developing and retaining great operators and increasing sales and market share. Job Skills/Requirements You must have at least five (5) years progressive restaurant management experience with at least three (3) years in multi-unit management. Local or state Food Service Certification required.
