MCN Philosophy
Since the start of MCN back in 1999, our philosophy on business has remained the same: "Be the lowest cost AND the highest quality product on the market." Most companies focus on being one or the other; we deliver both. Combine this philosophy with our excellence in client services and it’s easy to see why MCN has had positive growth every year since the launch of our products in 2001.
Originally, MCN began development of a set of tools targeted to help eliminate the tasks involved in the recruiting, screening and hiring process.
Our goal was to save employers 50% of the time traditionally spent on manual tasks such as order entry, paper shuffling, duplicate/unsolicited resumes, IT involvement and many more.
Originally aimed at small to mid-market employers, this new product was launched in 2001 as MCN webPOWER.
Many years and 600 customers later, webPOWER has evolved into a industry leader in delivering software solutions via the web, now commonly referred to a Software-as-a-Service or "SaaS".
